Two Pharoids attack Green Lantern.

The Pharoids transform themselves and their planet into a copy of Earth, having gleaned information from Green Lantern when he passed by their planet previously. Trigus lures him to Pharon IV, hoping he can help avert all-out war with the Dalgovians, and Green Lantern forces both parties to the peace table after destroying their major weapon systems.

Sgt. Shark rescues a submarine from an entanglement of fishing nets and old undersea mines, with the power of his genuine shark tooth pendant.

Wylxa despairs of his apprentice Tahr ever learning to be a good Green Lantern, until he remembers when he too was first wielding the green power ring. The final image of Tahr is different from the rest of the story in hair color, shape of head, neckline of the uniform, and eyebrows. Don Milne believes it is drawn by a different, uncredited artist. Via Facebook, Paris Cullins agrees with Milne's assessment and suggested the hand of Ernie Col?n.

While attempting to rescue their mentor, Saren is injured and the wizard creates a dimension door so the team can escape an avalanche.
