Things get tricky when Scramble discovers that he cannot turn Walter Langkowski's body back into a male so he is stuck in the form of Snowbird when he is human. Aurora causes trouble when she spurns both of her lovers, Roger because Walter is back and Walter because he is a woman. As his body begins to reject his new legs, Roger enters the Box armor and attacks Aurora for rejecting him. Alpha Flight is forced to battle one of their own and only win when Jeffries phases into the Box armor, forcing Roger out.
